If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify this. Please email us at email@example.com and we will rectify this right away!
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days to send it back using the provided pre-paid label. counting from the day your order has been fulfilled.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label by email within 1-4 business days (US customers only). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please allow 30 business days to process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued.
Please remember it can take few days for your bank / credit card company to process and post the refund.
Store Credit never expires. We get over 200 new styles a month and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

How will i receive my store credit?
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 2-6 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse based on the high volume of returns. Please note this increase of processing time is due to the addition of FREE RETURNS and as a result elevated levels of daily returns. We appreciate your patience while we work quickly to get our staffing and processing needs resolved. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed
The fastest way to exchange your item/s is to visit the Easy Returns Portal and choose the exchange option.
How do i initiate Return/Exchange ?
Enter your email address in the box Here to Start an Exchange. Once you enter your email address a link will be sent guiding you to your Order History. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Return or Exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
All bodysuits, underwear, intimates, cannot be returned once purchased.
There is no cancellations on pre-orders.
