We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after, counting from the day your order has been fulfilled.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label by email within 1-4 business days (US customers only). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please allow 30 business days to process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued.
Please remember it can take few days for your bank / credit card company to process and post the refund.
We do not accept returns for refund on sale items. Sale items can be returned for exchange only (you will get a store credit for any product you like):

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
All bodysuits, underwear, intimates, cannot be returned once purchased.
There is no cancellations on pre-orders.
